We exist to direct the generosity, skills and resources of xAmplify people towards the grassroots organisations making a difference in the communities where we work and live.
For years, the people of xAmplify had been quietly giving back to their community.
We wanted to help them take it further.
People driving change
Through a monthly donation program, two annual events and countless small acts of goodwill, the people of xAmplify were putting their hands up for the communities around them. Not because they were asked to. Because it reflected who they are and what they wanted to see in the company they worked for.
That instinct was already written into how xAmplify thinks about its work. One of its six core values is Impact with Purpose, a belief that the way you do business matters as much as the business itself. Over the years, xAmplify’s people have raised more than $100,000 annually for grassroots causes close to home, not through grand gestures, but through consistent, personal generosity.
The xAmplify Foundation was not invented. It was recognised.
The decision to formally register the Foundation as an independent entity was deliberate. A value that has lived inside xAmplify and its people for years deserved a permanent home of its own, that could stand on its own purpose, be governed by the people who care most about it and be accountable to the communities it exists to serve.

Local by design
We support grassroots charities and community organisations in the places where xAmplify people are physically present. Not distant causes, not generic programmes. Local people, local need, local impact.
People led
Our staff are the primary voice in directing support. They know their communities better than any boardroom does. The Foundation exists to amplify their instincts, not override them.
Whole organisation giving
Financial support is where we start, not where we stop. xAmplify contributes its capabilities, professional skills, volunteer time and goods in kind to multiply the Foundation’s reach and value to the organisations we support.
Built on proof, not promise.
In previous years we have worked closely with Canberra Charity Rise Above to support those in the region living with cancer, establishing regular events with our customers and clients. With Rise Above we hosted trivia nights and golf day bringing together clients, industry partners and competitors to support Rise Above.
While our Community Champions program has quietly been making a difference to charities connected to our people. We have donated nearly $2000 each month to causes that have supported our people, their families, the community they lived in and causes they are passionate about. We have supported over 32 charities through the Community Champions Program
