xAmplify joins a select group of Asia Pacific partners to achieve ServiceNow Validated Practice for CSM
Australian technology integrator xAmplify has been recognised as one of a select number of partners in Asia Pacific to achieve ServiceNow’s Validated Practice designation for Customer Service Management (CSM), a designation held by approximately 10 per cent of partners globally.
The program recognises partners that meet rigorous global benchmarks across technical expertise, implementation capability and customer outcomes in a defined product area. The achievement builds on xAmplify’s ServiceNow Elite Partner status and further strengthens its integrated delivery model, supporting the full digital lifecycle of complex public sector and enterprise transformations.
With government agencies and large organisations accelerating digital and AI-enabled reform, demand is rising for partners with proven delivery capability and deep knowledge of Australia’s operating environment.
Wayne Gowland, CEO and Co-Founder of xAmplify, said the milestone reinforces the importance of sovereign, Australian expertise in turning strategy into implementation.
“Digital transformation is now a national capability issue. Agencies must modernise legacy systems, improve service experiences and adopt AI responsibly, all while operating within uniquely Australian policy, security and procurement settings,” Mr Gowland said.
“Recognition at this level shows that Australia has partners with the depth of expertise to deliver inside those constraints. If we want to capture the benefits of global technology, we also have to build the local capability to implement, govern and sustain it. That’s how we strengthen resilience, maintain public trust and ensure these platforms work in Australia’s long-term interests.”
This latest milestone builds on xAmplify’s growing recognition within the ServiceNow ecosystem, including its recent acknowledgment as a 2026 ServiceNow Partner Award winner for Domain Expertise (Core Business) in APAC, highlighting the strength of its delivery capability and impact across the region.
“xAmplify exemplifies what it means to be a trusted, high-calibre ServiceNow partner,” said Matt Bolton, Senior Director, Global Partners and Channels at ServiceNow.
“Achieving Validated Practice status for Customer Service Management is a rigorous process, and xAmplify has demonstrated exceptional depth across technical delivery, implementation excellence and measurable customer outcomes.”
“We’re proud to recognise their achievement and look forward to the continued impact they’ll deliver for customers across the region.”
The validation reinforces the depth of Australian delivery capability available to agencies working to modernise essential services and reflects xAmplify’s broader commitment to operating as a cohesive, sovereign digital partner integrating services across technology and cloud, enterprise platforms, AI and security.
