xAmplify acquires Canberra IT advisory CTO Group

xAmplify has acquired Canberra-based IT advisory firm CTO Group in a move that xAmplify says will expand its business transformation capability across cloud infrastructure, enterprise platforms, and intelligent automation, and accelerate its pipeline of national transformation projects.

As part of the move, the company will relocate its Canberra headquarters to larger premises in Barton in order to support closer collaboration across its integrated team.

The acquisition follows on from a recent strategic growth investment from Macquarie Capital Principal Finance, and will support xAmplify’s continued expansion, including new offices opening in Melbourne and Brisbane later this year.
