As Founder and Director of Green Cloud Consulting (now part of xAmplify), he built a specialist TechnologyOne consultancy serving clients including QSuper, City of Newcastle, Brisbane Airport, and The Salvation Army, delivering solutions that modernise core finance, HR, and asset management systems.

Tim began his career in audit and private accounting practice, developing expertise in financial operations and business process design that has informed his approach to ERP transformation. Under his leadership, Green Cloud Consulting developed deep capabilities in TechnologyOne Performance Planning, system optimisation, tailored reporting, and implementation services, helping organisations create efficiencies and reduce operational overheads.
