Jose has over 20 years of experience leading digital transformation and policy reform across government and industry. As General Manager of Business Transformation at xAmplify, he leads the program and change, architecture, cyber and AI practices, delivering innovative solutions using natural language processing, computer vision, machine learning, and Australia’s first NVIDIA-powered digital twins platform.

He previously served as Chief of Staff to multiple Australian Government ministers, including leading the negotiation of Australia’s first National Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Agreement in 2022, securing $3 billion in funding, and steering immigration and visa programs through the COVID-19 pandemic. As Chief Strategy Officer and acting CEO at the Digital Transformation Agency, Jose co-developed the Australian Government’s Digital Transformation Agenda, Secure Cloud Strategy, and Digital Platforms Strategy, securing $30 million for whole-of-government capabilities. He holds Bachelor degrees in Laws and Arts (Political Science) from the Australian National University. Jose connects policy expertise, digital transformation experience, and AI capabilities to help organisations harness emerging technologies for mission-critical outcomes.
