Alex has 15 years of experience leading ICT service transformation, enterprise tooling adoption and maturity, and modern managed services across both government and enterprise clients. In his current role as the General Manager of Australia’s fastest growing ServiceNow practice, he leads the delivery of workflow automation, IT service management and human-centric enterprise technology solutions that drive the digital transformation agenda.
Prior to joining xAmplify, Alex held senior leadership roles at Deloitte, Telstra, Epicon, ASG, and Fujitsu, where he managed large national teams, held full P&L accountability for budgets exceeding $30 million, and built new capabilities from inception to scale. Alex holds a Master of IT Management and certifications including CISM, ITIL V4, and Risk Management ISO 31000.
