Simon serves as the Chief Financial Officer at xAmplify, where he leads financial strategy, corporate development, and operational performance across the company’s rapid national expansion. In this role, he has overseen the successful integration of three strategic acquisitions – CTO Group, Green Cloud Consulting, and the company’s expansion into Melbourne and Brisbane – while managing the Macquarie Capital investment partnership that is accelerating xAmplify’s growth trajectory.

Simon provides financial leadership for xAmplify’s business, enterprise platform and technology service lines, ensuring sustainable scaling while maintaining the company’s commitment to quality delivery and client outcomes. He partners closely with leadership and technology teams to align financial planning with strategic objectives, supporting xAmplify’s mission to establish Australia’s leading sovereign digital transformation capability.
