With more than 20 years’ experience delivering ICT infrastructure transformation and cloud migration programs, Nathan serves as General Manager of the Technology and Cloud Practice at xAmplify. In this role, he leads the Infrastructure and Security Engineering capability, builds service offerings, and delivers modern desktop, cloud transformation, and cybersecurity programs for public sector organisations.

Nathan has held numerous senior technical leadership roles, driving innovation in security and engineering while leading organisational transformation initiatives that embed automation, Infrastructure as Code, and DevSecOps practices. His approach brings together systematic solution architecture, security-first design, and pragmatic delivery to build robust, future-ready platforms that exceed client expectations.
