Nathan has over 20 years of experience delivering ICT infrastructure transformation and cloud migration programs across federal government and enterprise clients. As General Manager of Technology Services at xAmplify, he leads the Infrastructure and Security Engineering capability, building service offerings while delivering modern desktop, cloud transformation, and cybersecurity programs for public sector organisations.

He previously served as Chief Digital Officer at Digital61, where he held multiple senior roles including Innovation, Security and Engineering Executive, leading organisational transformation programs implementing automation, Infrastructure as Code, and DevSecOps practices. Prior to Digital61, Nathan spent a decade at Datacom in various leadership roles, serving as Lead Technology Foundations and technical focal point for major Azure migrations, VDI implementations, and cloud security programs for agencies including DOTEE, NHMRC, ADHA, and ACCC. He holds Bachelor degrees in Information Technology and Engineering, along with numerous Azure and Microsoft 365 certifications. Nathan connects systematic solution architecture, security-first design principles, and pragmatic delivery leadership to build robust platforms that exceed client expectations.
