With more than 20 years’ experience in technology sales and client engagement across federal government and enterprise, Michael focuses on helping agencies deliver large-scale digital transformation. At xAmplify, he leads national sales for the ServiceNow practice, combining deep platform expertise with strategic client engagement to drive sustainable growth and long-term partnerships.

Previously, Michael served as Client Director at ServiceNow, where he led strategic engagements with Commonwealth agencies and supported whole-of-government adoption of digital workflow platforms. Earlier roles at Zscaler and Nutanix focused on enabling secure cloud and infrastructure transformation across the public sector. His work brings together strategic relationship management, solution expertise and deep federal government knowledge to help agencies accelerate complex digital transformation initiatives.
