Brendan serves as our Chief Operating Officer and is the leader of our professional services business, comprising our four delivery practices – Business Transformation, ServiceNow, TechnologyOne and Technology Services. Brendan connects commercial strategy, delivery excellence and people development to drive sustainable growth and measurable client outcomes.

He previously co-founded Capiotech, a technology and analytics consultancy firm, and was instrumental in growing the company from two people offering technical advice on a specific technology to a complete end-to-end business solution provider delivering complex digital transformation and with over 100 employees. Capiotech was acquired by then ASX-listed ASG Group. Following the acquisition, Brendan took an expanded leadership role within ASG Group running onshore and offshore consulting practices including SAP, Oracle ERP & Applications, and Data & Analytics. Most recently, Brendan has worked in technology leadership roles with several start-ups across diverse technical domains.
